The Gumeracha Medieval Fair will be held in the picturesque Federation Park located in the main street of Gumeracha on 3 and 4 May 2008.

Experience two days of a re-created Medieval Village, which will encapsulate what life was like in the medieval period.

Step back in time by wearing medieval costume and see our living history groups display the daily routines of life from days gone by.

Witness Medieval groups combat and perform battles with swords, axes and spears. See Knights and Vikings battle for the favours of beautiful maidens and Archers with their armour-penetrating longbows.

There is entertainment to suit everybody - music and dance, spinners and weavers, blacksmiths and silversmiths. Children can enjoy traditional medieval games and be entertained by Punch and Judy.

Enjoy a variety of sumptuous foods and drinks from medieval-themed vendors.
