The Star of Greece café takes it’s name from an ocean-going vessel, the Star of Greece, which was shipwrecked on her way from Port Adelaide to England, off the coast of Port Willunga in 1888. The Star of Greece kiosk was established in 1947 atop the cliffs overlooking the scene of the shipwreck. It was rebuilt in the 1960’s and completely refurbished in 2002 to become the café we know today.

Renown for its exceptionally beautiful ocean outlook and a menu rich in seafood and local produce, The Star of Greece café offers a unique dining experience only forty minutes from the Adelaide CBD.
